By visiting the Site, booking services, or ordering products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Services and Products Offered Through the Site, you may: - Book Services: Including speaking engagements, events, and consultations (in-person or virtual). - Order Products: Including books and merchandise, shipped within the United States. 3. Acceptance of Terms By using the Site, booking a service, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. 4. Changes to Terms We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page, with the “Last updated” date reflecting the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance. 5. Pricing & Payment - Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are inclusive of applicable sales taxes. - Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, Credit Card, PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo. - Payment Timing: Full payment (or booking deposit, where applicable) must be received to confirm a booking or order. 6. Booking Policy - Deposits: All bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled dates (see below). - Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 31 days prior to the event date. - Cancellations within 30 Days: If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled event, no refund will be provided. Instead, we will work with you to reschedule the event. 7. Product Orders & Shipping - Shipping Area: We currently ship products within the United States only. - Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays due to shipping carriers or events outside of our control. - Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to the carrier. 8. Refunds & Returns - Bookings: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled booking if notice is provided at least 31 days in advance. - Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 3 days of delivery for replacement or refund instructions. 9. User Conduct By using the Site, you agree not to violate any law, provide false information, or interfere with site security or operations. 10. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, and design) is the property of CW Enterprises TAC, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. 11. Limitation of Liability CW Enterprises TAC, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site, services, or products. 12.
